About Dozzle
Dozzle is a small web-based application for watching Docker logs in real time. It does not store any log files, since it is designed purely for live viewing. It is written in Go with a Vue front end, released under the MIT license, and distributed as a compact container image of about 7 MB compressed.
Features include fuzzy search for container names, log search using regular expressions or SQL queries, a split screen for viewing several logs side by side, and live memory and CPU statistics. It has multi-user authentication with forward proxy authorization support, Swarm mode support, an agent mode for monitoring multiple Docker hosts, and a dark mode. Its description also lists Kubernetes support.
To run it, mount the Docker socket into the container and open port 8080, using either a docker run command or a Docker Compose file. The README says it has been tested with hundreds of containers but does not support offline searching, and it points to tools like Loggly, Papertrail or Kibana for full search. A companion project called dtop offers a top-like view of containers.
