About Discord Tickets

Discord Tickets is an open-source ticket management bot for Discord servers. Members open private support tickets in a server, and staff handle them with tools for claiming, releasing, moving and transferring tickets between people and categories. It is presented as a free alternative to the premium and white-label plans of other ticket bots.

It includes a dashboard for configuring the bot, support for slash commands, buttons, select menus and modals, and options to customize features, colors and messages. Automation can resolve questions with tags before they become tickets and close inactive tickets automatically. Messages can be archived in a database so transcripts can be viewed later, and statistics help analyze staff performance.

The bot is written in JavaScript, licensed under GPL-3.0, available in more than 10 languages and deployable with Docker. You can self-host it for complete control or add a public hosted bot, and the documentation recommends reading the guides before starting. It suits Discord communities, gaming servers and support teams that run their help desk inside Discord.
