About Claap

Claap is a commercial platform that started as meeting and screen recording and now focuses on capturing sales conversations. It records online meetings, phone calls and VoIP, in-person meetings and even emails, then converts them into organized meeting, deal and company data that can be sent to a CRM or used by AI agents.

Built-in agents cover CRM auto-completion, coaching and scoring, and deal and account forecasting. An AI context layer exposes ClaapAgent, an MCP server and an API so that teams can build their own agents on top of the recorded data. Pages are organized by role for sales leaders, sales reps, revenue operations and customer success, and the product is presented as part of lemlist.

Claap is hosted, proprietary software. It can be started for free, and the site also offers demos and a pricing page. It suits revenue teams that want call notes and CRM updates to happen automatically.
