About Card Context
Card Context is a lightweight CRM for people who meet many contacts at conferences, trade shows, dinners and meetups. It turns those conversations into a follow-up pipeline by scanning paper business cards with AI-based OCR and reading LinkedIn, WhatsApp or WeChat QR codes from the same camera view, with no mode switching.
Every contact is organized under a Context, meaning the event or meeting where the person was met, which can hold goals, tags and an AI-generated recap. Voice memos in English and French are transcribed onto the contact, and an AI assistant answers plain-language questions about the user's own network. A Today queue schedules follow-up reminders, with message templates for email, SMS, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Contacts can be imported from the phone address book, vCard or CSV with duplicate review and merging, and each user gets a public shareable card with a QR code and vCard download. An MCP server and export API give AI tools access to the data. The site says it is not a multi-seat sales CRM with forecasting. A free plan and a paid Pro plan are offered.
