UseInspect

SaaS

Property inspection app with guided checklists, photo and video capture, GPS-verified evidence and automatic branded PDF reports, with a free plan.

About UseInspect

UseInspect turns a property walkthrough into a finished report. Inspectors open the app, follow a guided checklist or a template with rooms and items prefilled, photograph or film each room and record the state of every item. The system builds the report automatically with photos, videos, descriptions and condition ratings, which you review and share by email as a PDF.

Photos are timestamped and GPS-verified, which the site positions as evidence for resolving deposit disputes at move-in and move-out. A dashboard shows inspections today, in progress and completed, with schedules and team management, and reports can be branded. The product is aimed at home inspectors, property managers and real estate investors tracking condition over time.

It is a hosted app with a free forever plan and a free trial that needs no credit card, plus a pricing page and a demo. The page also describes a dashboard with new inspections, today's schedule and completed jobs, along with walkthrough videos.
