About Trustwall
Trustwall helps businesses collect and display customer reviews as social proof. You share a simple link and customers leave a text or video review in under a minute without an account, with video recorded in the browser and no app download. Reviews can include star ratings, reviewer details and photos, and existing reviews can be imported from Google, Twitter/X or a CSV file.
Every review passes through an approval queue where you can approve, tag, pin the strongest ones, filter by rating and organize into collections. Display options are walls, carousels and badges, customizable to your brand colors and layout without CSS, embedded with one snippet on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer and other sites. A public review page gives you a shareable link for bios, emails and proposals.
Widgets and collection pages are mobile responsive. It is a hosted service with a free start that needs no credit card, a demo, a FAQ and a pricing page. Setup is described as taking about five minutes, from sharing the collection link through to embedding the widget.
