About Trackist
Trackist is an iPhone app that acts as an AI coach for strength training. You answer a few questions about goal, experience, training days, session length of 30 to 90 minutes and equipment, and it writes a block of 4 to 12 weeks with days, sets, reps and rest. If a knee or shoulder hurts, you mark the joint and the plan is built to avoid stressing it, and any day can be edited.
During workouts you enter weight, reps and RPE with a few taps, with last time's numbers and a suggested load under each set, PR markers, a rest timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, and the option to swap an exercise mid-workout. After each block the coach writes a new plan from what moved and what stalled, and sends a weekly recap. Progress features include a Strength Score from 0 to 100, Strength Age, Momentum, weight and body measurements with Apple Health sync.
The app is free to download with in-app purchases and the first plan is free. Trackist Pro unlocks every week of the plan and the coaching adjustments. It supports metric and imperial units, English and Polish, and shows no ads.
