About FitLocker
FitLocker is meant for people who save workout videos and never use them. You share a workout video from Instagram or TikTok to the app, and the AI watches it and lists the exercises, sets, muscle groups worked and gear needed, saving it as an organized workout in your library with a link back to the original video.
From the library you can build a weekly program yourself by assigning saved workouts to days, stack up to two sessions in a day, add custom entries such as a 5 km run, or have the AI draft a personalized plan out of your saved clips based on your goal, schedule and available equipment. Sessions can be marked complete, and programs renew automatically. Workouts are organized by muscle group, equipment and training style. The app is free to download with in-app purchases. After a 3-day free trial, a Pro subscription costs $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. It runs on iPhone and is listed in Health and Fitness.
