About TalkTrack
Toki is an AI reflection journal for iPhone. Users record a reflection by writing, speaking or scanning their thoughts, and the AI organizes what they share and converts it into tracking data for things like mood, sleep, productivity, energy, stress and habits, shown in charts, trends and daily logs. Instead of keeping a journal in one app and trackers in another, both live together so reflections feed the trackers automatically.
A companion can be talked to when the user wants to explore a topic, asking thoughtful follow-up questions, and guided frameworks help when there is no idea where to start. A feature called Mirror surfaces recurring topics, emotional patterns, mood balance and observations across the reflection history. Users can review logs, manage trackers, edit information and delete their account and data. The first full reflection can be tried before subscribing, and Premium covers continued reflections and AI conversations.
