About Tailride

Tailride gathers invoices without manual hunting. It connects to inboxes and captures new invoices from each one, runs a retroactive scan to recover past invoices in one pass, and uses a browser extension to collect invoices that only exist in vendor web portals, so those join the same flow. A desktop app and integrations are also listed.

AI then codes every line with the right account and tax, invoices can be organized in Google Drive, and ready invoices are exported to other accounting tools automatically. Reconciliation matches transactions against the invoices to reveal anything still missing, and an accountant can be invited, with a separate offer for accountants managing several clients. The site claims setup in under a minute, and the product is free to start with no credit card.
