About Expensify
Expensify is a commercial expense management product used by individuals, small teams and larger companies. It handles the flow from capturing a receipt to submitting, approving and reimbursing an expense, and syncs finished reports with accounting software.
Receipts can be scanned by taking a photo, forwarding an email or uploading a file. Companies can link the corporate cards they already hold, or use the Expensify Visa Commercial Card, and can issue virtual cards for employees, vendors or projects. Other capabilities include global reimbursements in local currencies, in-app travel booking that feeds into expenses, an AI assistant called Concierge, and integrations with systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Xero, Workday and Gusto.
Expensify is proprietary software delivered as a hosted service, with different sign-up paths for individuals, teams of one to nine and larger organizations. Pricing is published on the vendor's site, so check the current plans there before choosing.
