About BILL

BILL is a financial operations platform that automates how businesses pay vendors and get paid by customers. It covers accounts payable and accounts receivable in one system and is used by small and midsize companies as well as accounting firms that manage books for clients.

On the payables side it supports approvals, AP controls, invoicing, procurement and several payment methods, including ACH, card and international payments, plus cash flow forecasting. A separate spend and expense product adds expense tracking, budgets, virtual cards, reimbursements, a mobile app, business credit and reporting. Integrations connect it with accounting software, and an API and AI features are also offered.

BILL is proprietary software delivered as a hosted service, with demos requested through the vendor site. It also provides a console, partner program and pricing designed for accountants, and a version for suppliers that want to automate incoming payments and cash application.
