About Studr

Studr accepts study material in several forms, including PDFs, YouTube links, lecture audio, slides and text notes, and builds a study set from it: a clean summary, flashcards and a quiz. Flashcards are scheduled with spaced repetition so that items return near the point of forgetting, and automatically generated quizzes shift passive reading toward active recall, with feedback after every answer.

A lecture recording feature transcribes a class with timestamps and then produces the summary, flashcards and quiz. A chat feature answers questions using the student's own uploaded material instead of the open internet. The app is built around active recall, practice testing and spaced repetition, works on iOS and Android and can also be opened in a browser. It is free to start with no credit card, and a pricing page lists paid options.
