Stackby

Stackby is a commercial no-code workspace that combines spreadsheets, relational databases, automations and AI. Teams model their data in tables that look like spreadsheets but behave like databases, then add views, forms, reports and page designs on top.

The platform offers an apps marketplace, API connectors, AI fields that call models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini, AI agents and automation tools, along with integrations such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make, Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets and Airtable. Data can be imported from CSV, Excel, JSON and XML files or from tools including Trello, Monday, Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana and ClickUp. Templates cover marketing, HR, project management, operations, sales CRM, finance and product development. Stackby is proprietary and vendor-hosted. The vendor says it is free for up to five users with no credit card required, and a pricing page is published.
