ShotsGlow: features, pricing and alternatives

About ShotsGlow

ShotsGlow is a native Windows app for capturing and polishing screenshots. A global hotkey and drag capture a region across all monitors, then you add one of 150+ gradient backdrops, shadows and rounded frames, annotate with arrows, shapes, text and emoji, and blur or redact sensitive information. A one-click on-device AI background removal isolates a subject without uploading anything.

Exports cover 30 sizes including Instagram, X, LinkedIn and App Store formats. The site says capture, editing and AI processing all run locally, nothing is uploaded and no account is needed, and it compares itself with Snagit, CleanShot X, ShareX, Greenshot, Lightshot and Snipaste on features such as native Windows capture and one-time pricing. Screen recording is listed as not yet available. Pricing is a one-time $9 lifetime license shown as an early price before it rises to $19, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
