ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is a hosted software platform built for contractors in the skilled trades, with separate residential and commercial editions. It brings the office and field together so service visits and construction projects can be managed from booking through payment.

The residential edition lists marketing, call booking, dispatch, a field mobile app, payments, customer experience tools, field reporting, accounting and inventory, for trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door and pest control. The commercial edition adds CRM, project management, service agreements, a customer portal, purchasing and inventory. Optional Pro add-ons include a virtual agent, contact center, scheduling, dispatch, pricebook and fleet tools, and the company also owns related products such as FieldRoutes and Aspire.

ServiceTitan is a commercial product sold through demos, with a pricing page. It suits mid-sized and large service companies, franchises and private-equity-backed groups that need an integrated platform for many technicians.
