About Screenfine

ScreenFine is an iPhone app that enforces a daily screen-time limit by locking the apps you choose at the operating-system level through Apple Family Controls. When the limit is reached the launch is denied rather than showing a popup you can swipe away, and you earn the apps back by doing pushups checked by the camera, walking 1,000 steps, taking mindful minutes or finishing an Apple Watch workout.

An AI villain character comments on slips, and the app shows the daily limit, a streak and the locked apps. Going over the limit never costs money: the fine is physical activity, not dollars. Setup is choosing the apps and a daily limit, and the app requires iOS 16 or later. Pricing is a flat $1 per week through Apple, with a 7-day free trial.
