About Proposa

Proposa is a hosted proposal tool for freelancers and small studios. You write a proposal in an editor using saved clients and services, choose one of four PDF templates named Ledger, Signature, Studio and System, and apply your logo, colors and fonts. Any currency, taxes, payment terms and recurring fees such as hosting or retainers are supported.

The client gets one private link with no account needed. On that page they can view the proposal online or save the PDF, then accept or reject it and ask questions in a message thread beside it. A dashboard shows opens, replies and decisions, and after acceptance the same link keeps carrying project updates, uploaded deliverables and invoices. You can draft manually or with your own AI, and the site is available in English and Italian.
