About Property Track

It shows every asking-price change and how long a property has been on the market, so a buyer can tell a quietly reduced listing from a freshly listed one. Price history works without signup or a card.

A paid Plus tier adds three tabs beside it: Comparables, showing nearby homes with a matching bedroom count and whether their prices were cut; Recent sales, showing what sold nearby over the last six months from HM Land Registry data; and Trends, with sold prices and sale counts in the outcode going back to 1995.
