About Poststeady

Poststeady is a hosted reporting platform for agencies and freelancers who report on clients' social media. You upload the organic and paid CSV exports you already download, optionally with last month's for period-over-period numbers, and it writes the executive summary, the watch-outs and next month's plan, which you edit before sending.

Seven export formats are recognized on sight across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads, and 175 column-name aliases are mapped automatically, with uncertain mappings flagged instead of guessed. You review 21 available metrics plus calculated rates, hide what a client does not care about and preview a three-page report: an executive summary with KPI cards and a month-over-month chart, platform performance per channel and strategic recommendations. Reports export as a PDF or a share link that needs no client login, and each client's saved branding is applied. A free plan includes 2 reports a month.
