About Offlegal

OffLegal is a desktop application for lawyers who want client data to stay on their own machine. It runs on a Windows PC with no cloud sync and no account sign-up, and the site says nothing leaves the computer, with AES-256 encryption applied locally.

It covers the daily work of a practice: creating matters and keeping documents, clients and events under each file, adding several clients at once, tracking time, creating invoices and recording transactions against a matter, and signing documents inside the app with built-in eSignature. The whole case database can be exported to a backup file or imported from existing records. It is described as built for solo practitioners and firms that keep data in-house. The site has platform, how-it-works, security and pricing pages and a Windows download.

Key features
