About Kira-AI
Kira-AI runs voice interviews with job applicants and returns a scorecard for each one, aimed at teams that receive many applications. You paste a job description, the tool drafts interview questions and what to listen for, and you can edit anything. You then share an interview link on a job board, careers page or by email, and candidates answer the questions by voice.
Each finished interview arrives with a full transcript. Every score quotes the candidate's own words and ties each quote to the transcript turn it came from, and when the evidence is thin the tool gives no score at all. Candidates can interrupt or skip questions, and recruiters can compare candidates side by side before deciding. The vendor stresses that the hiring decision stays with people.
Supporting material includes a library of interview questions sorted by role, a demo with a sample interview recording, a help center and a page on trust and security. Kira-AI is a hosted service that can be tried for free without a card.
