Hirevire replaces first-round phone screens with one-way video interviews. You write fixed questions, put a link in the job post, applicants record answers on their phone with nothing to install, and you send the hiring manager one link to watch the answers and rate them without an account.

Answer types include video, audio, screenshare, file upload and rich text, with fields such as numbers, dates and checkboxes and a connection speed check for remote jobs. AI transcribes answers in over 90 languages, scores each from 1 to 5 against factors you weight yourself, showing the reasoning, and filters out applicants who miss must-have criteria before they record. The AI never runs the interview, and there is no proctoring.
