About InterviewWatch
InterviewWatch is built for recruiters and hiring teams who run live video interviews and want to know whether a candidate is getting hidden help. A lightweight desktop agent runs on the candidate's machine while the interview lasts and raises a flag when it sees AI assistants, hidden overlays, remote control tools, extra displays or virtual devices.
It deliberately avoids recording. The agent looks only at machine-level signals such as clipboard activity, remote access and virtual cameras, and never captures screen, audio or video. The candidate consents before it runs, and the signals are combined into a live risk score. Every session ends with a signed, tamper-evident report.
Setup is meant to be minimal: you add one email address to the interview invite and the candidate is guided through running the agent. The homepage says the tool covers 14 detector classes and offers a demo request as well as a free start.
