About IndieBar

IndieBar puts business metrics in the Mac menu bar so independent developers can check them at a glance instead of opening several dashboards. You paste read-only API keys from Stripe, RevenueCat or GA4, and it rotates revenue, MRR, active users and a Business Pulse Score from 0 to 100 that combines revenue, growth and churn.

Keys are encrypted with AES-256 on your Mac and data is stored in a local database, with no account and no telemetry, and the site invites you to verify this with Little Snitch. Notifications can announce new customers and payments, and the site also offers a docs section, blog and free tools for indie developers.

It is a one-time purchase from 19.99 dollars, available from the Mac App Store or as a DMG download. It suits solo developers who find themselves checking dashboards repeatedly during the day, and it needs no sign-up.
