About GOG

GOG is an online store for PC games that sells titles without digital rights management, so purchased games are not tied to a particular client. It offers games for Windows, Mac and Linux, mixing classic releases with new titles, and it is run by the same group as developer CD PROJEKT RED.

The store promises free extras with many games and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Customers can browse new releases, bestsellers and discounts across genres such as RPG, action, adventure and strategy, and GOG Galaxy provides an optional launcher to organize and update a library.

GOG is a hosted commercial storefront, so purchases are made per game rather than through a subscription. It suits players who value owning installable copies of their games and who enjoy classic PC titles.
