About FluentBoo

FluentBoo collects vocabulary from wherever you meet it. You can save words from screenshots, photos and pasted text, with OCR recognizing text and the AI identifying objects in pictures, and the app helps you translate and understand each word in context.

Review uses spaced repetition flashcards that schedule cards from your confidence ratings, plus practice modes such as multiple choice, word matching against the clock, typing the correct spelling and arranging words into sentences. An AI tutor chat explains grammar and suggests replies, a shadowing mode lets you speak along with native audio and get feedback, and the AI writes custom stories from your saved words. A section on quotes from historical figures adds vocabulary with short biographies. The app can be used without an account, and an account syncs progress across devices. It is free to start, with an upgrade for unlimited AI tutor help and advanced features.
