About FitCam

FitCam is a video app for fitness creators and athletes. Its built-in camera syncs with live workout data and previews stats such as heart rate, speed and reps on screen as you record, with more than 25 overlays chosen by workout type, including heart rate zone graphs. It suits running, cycling, strength training, swimming, surfing, yoga and gym sessions.

A video editor imports footage from the iPhone gallery or action cameras and combines it with workout data from Apple Health or from FIT and GPX files, proposing the Apple Workout that matches the time of the clip and syncing the video automatically. Exports are formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok and long-form YouTube, and a Glass option blurs footage behind overlay cards. Data is processed on the device. The app runs on iPhone and Apple Watch, is free to download with in-app purchases and is listed in the Photo and Video category.
