About FileCloud
FileCloud is an enterprise platform for sharing, syncing and backing up files, offered in private, public and hybrid cloud forms. Organizations use it to give staff access to files from desktops, mobile devices and browsers while keeping control over where the data lives, which suits those with sovereignty or compliance needs.
FileCloud Server is deployed on the customer's infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, AWS and Oracle environments, while FileCloud Online is a SaaS version hosted by the vendor. A FedRAMP-authorized edition and the Signority e-signature and document workflow product are also listed. Features include access without a VPN, smart classification and data loss prevention, granular access control, workflow automation and integrations such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, antivirus scanning, single sign-on and cloud object storage.
FileCloud is proprietary software with a free trial and guided proof of concept available. Use cases cover secure remote access, regulatory compliance, data residency, white labeling for OEM partners and replacing SharePoint, and pricing is on the vendor's pricing page.
