About Fielddly
Fielddly connects to a Gmail inbox and turns incoming emails into structured leads for real estate agents, small teams and brokerages. You define one or more lead schemas, such as buyer inquiries, listing requests or collaborations, with fields like name, budget, location and timeline, and every incoming email is analyzed by the AI and compared with the schema.
Extracted leads are reviewed and approved in one click, and corrections are used as hints that sharpen later extractions for that schema. Approved leads go straight to the connected CRM or to Google Sheets. One inbox can feed several schemas and pipelines, a monthly extraction cap is enforced before the AI is called to avoid surprise bills, and inbox and CRM credentials are encrypted at rest.
Gmail is supported today. Pricing is usage-based with a 14-day free trial and no credit card: Starter is $35 a month for up to 200 extractions, Growth is $129 for up to 1,000, Brokerage is $349 for up to 5,000, and a Team plan with shared inboxes and role-based access is listed as coming soon.
