About Favro
Favro is a commercial collaborative planning and work management platform that targets tech companies and game studios. Teams can assemble their own planning views, workflows, automations and dashboards with no code and no IT help, and can begin with prebuilt setups for Kanban, Scrumban, roadmaps, CRM, game studios and startups.
The product combines team and planning boards, sheets and databases that break big pieces of work into smaller ones, roadmaps and scheduling, and docs and a wiki. OKRs are supported, and the vendor says it does not add built-in AI fees and is designed to work with the customer's own AI agents.
Favro publishes workflows for games, such as feature development and live operations, capacity planning, publishing portfolio management and art pipelines with external partners, as well as workflows for SaaS product development. It is hosted software with a free trial, demos, an academy, a podcast and a Discord community.
