Employment Hero

Employment Hero is a hosted HR platform for small and medium-sized businesses, widely used in Australia and also offered in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and Malaysia. It brings HR, payroll, hiring, rostering and employee benefits into a single employment operating system.

Its products include hiring with an applicant tracking system, an AI hiring partner and a talent pool, HR with onboarding, advisory and AI answers to questions, payroll that the vendor says is run by AI for local, global and on-demand teams, and rostering with photo capture and geo-tracking for time and attendance. HeroForce is an employer-of-record service for employing talent locally or globally, and benefits include perks, earned wage access, learning and an employee assistance program.

Employment Hero also offers an AI recruitment agent that ranks candidates into shortlists. It is proprietary software delivered as a cloud service, with free sign-up options, demos and a published pricing page.
