About Car Play Connect

Car Play Connect is an iPhone app that puts several in-car functions on a single CarPlay dashboard. Rather than switching between separate apps while driving, the driver sees navigation, music controls, weather and speed together in a layout designed for landscape screens and quick glances.

For navigation it works with both Apple Maps and Google Maps and can show a full-screen or split view with live traffic and route guidance. It offers controls for Apple Music and Spotify with a now-playing widget, a speedometer, weather conditions, battery and time, plus a built-in dash cam that records a journey with one tap. A dark mode and large touch targets aim to reduce distraction.

The app is a commercial mobile product by the independent developer Veysel Akbalik, listed on the App Store as free to download with in-app purchases. It is available for iPhone and suits drivers who want one dashboard instead of several apps.
