About Astonish Email

Astonish Email is a UK email marketing platform that has been sending mail for organizations since 2012. It is aimed at senders who email large lists every week and need campaigns to leave at the scheduled time, with a person available to answer when something looks wrong with a send.

Campaigns can be scheduled to go to the whole list at a set time. Reports show opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes as they arrive. The service handles sender authentication so that mailbox providers such as Gmail and Microsoft can verify mail really comes from the organization. Support replies come from someone who can see the account's sends and fix issues.

Astonish Email is a hosted commercial service run by a founder-led company based in Hampshire. It charges per send for the emails in each campaign, or customers can take a monthly plan, and there is no prepaid credit that can run out. Separate pages cover franchises and small businesses.
