About Apple Calendar

Apple Calendar is the calendar app that comes with macOS, iOS and iPadOS. It keeps meetings, events and appointments in one place and can display calendars from several accounts, including iCloud and Google, side by side.

The app supports multiple color-coded calendars, all-day, multiday and repeating events, invitations to friends and coworkers, shared calendars, Siri Suggestions and import and export of calendar files. Reminders with due dates can be shown alongside events, so to-do items and appointments appear together.

Apple Calendar is proprietary software tied to Apple devices rather than a standalone service. It syncs through iCloud and works with other calendar accounts, and it suits individuals and families already in the Apple ecosystem.
