About AbScore

AbScore, listed on the App Store as AbScore: Rate My Physique, is an iPhone app that rates six zones from a single photo: abs, chest, shoulders, arms, symmetry and definition. It combines them into one score and places you in a tier called Bronze, Silver, Gold or Elite on a shareable AbScore card.

A 30-day plan is built around the weakest zones, with guided sessions that include timers, reps, rest and form cues across three phases of increasing difficulty. Weekly re-scans update the score, and crossing thresholds moves the card up a tier. A daily Form feature asks users to close three rings, Train, Fuel and Log, to keep a streak going.

An in-app coach gives a morning brief and a post-session debrief, and food can be logged by typing a description, photographing a plate or searching a food database. The first scan is free, with AbScore Pro unlocking the rest through in-app purchases.
