About GainFrame

GainFrame turns gym progress photos into measurable insights. Photo check-ins produce body-fat estimates, physique scoring, a review of 12 muscle groups across front and back poses and side-by-side comparisons, with weight, body-fat and score changes shown together. An AI Deep Dive explains what changed and why, and Future You projections show a possible physique.

An AI coach answers questions on your most recent check-in, weight trend, workouts, sleep or recovery, drawing on the data you choose to connect, so advice reflects your actual progress. Apple Health, Hevy and Strava can bring in weight, workouts, cardio, sleep and recovery. Guided pose templates, photo alignment, camera roll import, a visual timeline, streaks and shareable before-and-after cards support consistency.

Your photo library stays on the device and you can start without creating an account, and photos chosen for AI analysis are processed securely and not stored on the developer's servers. The app is free to download with in-app purchases.
