ZoneC10

SaaS

French-language web tool that checks whether an address in Quebec City or Lévis is zoned to allow short-term rentals and returns an allowed, not allowed or conditional verdict.

About ZoneC10

ZoneC10 answers a specific legal question for owners, real estate brokers and citizens: can this address be rented short term. You enter the exact address of a residential or commercial property, the tool checks the applicable municipal zoning rules, and it returns a clear verdict of Authorized, Not authorized or Subject to conditions. The site is in French and says it uses official 2025 municipal data.

Coverage is currently two cities. In Quebec City it checks the C10 zones that allow Airbnb-type rentals, and in Lévis it checks the C703 zones that allow tourist accommodation for secondary residences, with 172 authorized zones out of 1,715 in total. The Pro subscription costs 19.99 Canadian dollars a month and adds unlimited searches, full access to interactive maps and notifications about zoning changes.
