About VadeKit
VadeKit is a local workspace for turning messy documents into structured data. Its OCR reader works out layout, reading order, text and tables using your CPU, and every detected table opens as an editable data table in a spreadsheet editor with sorting, filtering, formulas and a column overview showing type, unique percentage, empty percentage and min, max and average. Models are downloaded once on first use, after which it runs fully offline.
A SQL runner loads CSV, JSON and XLSX files into an in-app SQL engine so you can join across files, and a separate server mode can query live PostgreSQL, MySQL and MSSQL databases. A report builder offers heading, text, stats, table and chart sections, seven themes and live binding to a workspace table, with export to PDF, HTML or Word. The suite lists 32 tools in one window.
VadeKit runs on Windows, macOS and Linux with no account, cloud, telemetry or AI API, and workspaces are stored in plain SQLite and standard formats. It is sold as a one-time lifetime license at $24, shown against a $39 list price, with tax included.
