About UIDrop
UIDrop extracts a site's design language directly from the browser. One click reads the live DOM, not the source HTML, and captures colors from real calls to action, typography families, weights and size scales, spacing, shadows, radii, gradients, and styles for buttons, cards, chips and inputs, with automatic light and dark detection. The result is a design tokens file and a screenshot.
The brief can be sent straight into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable, Manus and similar tools, so the tokens and screenshot arrive in the conversation, or via the clipboard for Cursor. This is meant to stop AI tools from guessing a site's look when you ask for something that resembles it. A library keeps every snapped site, with search, tags, side-by-side comparison and a Pro design merge feature.
The site names three audiences: developers reverse-engineering interfaces who want exact tokens instead of using DevTools, people building with AI who need a real starting brief, and designers. The extension is free to add to Chrome, and a Pro tier adds more features.
