About Triathlify
Triathlify generates personalized triathlon plans that adjust to your goals, schedule and fitness, from a first sprint to Ironman. Onboarding takes about five minutes and asks for race, level, weekly hours, schedule constraints and equipment. The dashboard leads with the next session and the reason for it, and the plan is recalculated overnight, so a bad night of sleep, low HRV or elevated resting heart rate can trim the week's volume and intensity.
Training is structured like a coach would: base, build and peak phases with a 3:1 load to recovery pattern, brick days and threshold work sequenced to the race date. If you skip or move a session, the tool explains the cost and reshuffles the week toward the goal without make-up sessions, and it plans around days you mark as unavailable.
Garmin and Strava sync automatically, with Apple Health, Polar, Coros, Suunto, Whoop and Oura listed as coming soon. The site is in English and Polish, has a mobile app, and offers a trial with plans on a pricing page.
