About Lumo
Lumo creates a training plan for people who run and lift while fitting other sports around a normal life. In about three minutes you answer questions about your level, available days, goal and other sports, and it builds a single plan that combines running, gym work and activities such as soccer, yoga, pilates or padel. Goals range from a 5K to a marathon, and sessions list type, zone, pace and distance, such as intervals or an easy run.
The distinguishing feature is adjustment. If you skip a day, the session moves instead of stacking three workouts into one. After a heavy leg day the next session becomes easy or mobility work, a weekly padel match is counted as load and the following day rebalanced, and after a bad night's sleep you tell the coach and the week's intensity drops.
Lumo is a hosted service in Spanish that is in open beta with a special launch price. A 7-day free trial needs no card and can be canceled at any time, and the site also offers tools and a login. The page also shows an example week with sessions labeled by zone and pace.
