About Textwork
TextWork replies to job applicants by text message the moment they apply, including after hours and on weekends. An AI agent asks the screening questions you configure, such as availability for shifts, work authorization or whether the person can interview this week, and records the answers as structured candidate records for a recruiter to follow up.
Setup connects an ATS or CRM, for example SmartRecruiters, and defines the hiring pipeline the agent follows: qualify each applicant, schedule interviews, complete paperwork and track time to hire. A dashboard tracks which applicants have replied, which have qualified and which need human follow-up. Applicants answer from their own texting app without a portal or login. Listed integrations include Zillow Leads, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, with Salesforce marked as coming soon. The page applies the same approach to leads such as renters and prospects, and a demo can be requested.
