TaxiFlow is a hosted booking system for taxi companies in the Netherlands. A script placed on the operator's own website adds a booking widget where customers enter two addresses, pick a time and immediately see the price and travel time, so rides can be booked at any hour without a phone call.

Behind the widget sits a dashboard for dispatch, pricing and payments. All rides appear in one list with a status per trip and the route on a map, and a WhatsApp alert is sent for each new booking. Price rules are set once, including fixed prices for popular routes. Customers can pay online through Mollie or Stripe or pay on arrival.
