About superscribe.io
Superscribe handles the paperwork after calls and meetings. The user keeps the number clients already have: calls are passed through the carrier to Superscribe, which transcribes them in its cloud, and the user turns the setup on or off from the app. Meetings in a room are recorded on the phone and uploaded when they end, with every speaker kept separate and no bot joining the call. It targets agents, recruiters, consultants and brokers.
After a call the app writes a short recap, the decisions taken and follow-up actions, and files them in Pipedrive on the matching person and deal, which it identifies from the phone number. Users can search everything that was said, play audio from any line, group calls into projects and use a dictation keyboard. It notes that recording rules differ by country, that it plays no message on the line, and that it works in 29 home countries but not yet in France, Italy, Spain, Finland or Belgium. The iPhone app is free, with the web price of plans lower than the in-app price.
