About Study Cards AI

StudyCards AI creates flashcards from documents. Users upload a PDF, the AI writes the cards in seconds, and the deck can be imported into Anki on mobile or desktop for spaced repetition. It supports normal cards and cloze (fill-in-the-blank) cards. The site highlights medical students, with deck themes such as anatomy, pharmacology, USMLE Step 1 and clinical concepts.

Besides generation, the site offers about thirteen free study tools, including a GPA calculator, an NCLEX study planner, an MCAT study calculator, an exam countdown planner, a study schedule generator, a spaced repetition calculator, a memory retention calculator and a flashcard effectiveness calculator. Users can start with a free deck, and the Basic plan costs $4.99 per month (or $4.16 per month billed annually at $49.90) for 25 decks a month with Anki export and both card types, with a Pro tier above it.
