About Storybloq
Storybloq is project memory and workflow tooling for Claude Code and Codex. It addresses the problem that a new coding session may lack the decisions and unfinished work from the last one, by keeping stories, plans, handovers, issues, lessons learned and review evidence beside your code.
Each project gets a .story directory of JSON and Markdown files that can be tracked in Git. Around it sit a storybloq CLI to inspect and change the files, an MCP server that exposes structured tools to Claude Code and Codex, and a skill invoked with /story in Claude Code or $story in Codex to load project state at the start of a session. An optional native Mac app watches the directory and updates live while the agent works. Workflows can recommend the next story from blockers and unblocking value and guide planning, reviews, tests and finalization.
The Mac app is a separate product that is free on the App Store. The core is written in TypeScript, and the license is listed as Other, so check the repository terms before use.
