About Soll-ich-gehen
Soll-ich-gehen (Should I stay or leave) is an anonymous career check aimed at employees and managers at large companies. The user answers ten questions across five dimensions: internal prospects, external marketability, pressure to leave, personal and financial ties, and readiness to act. The result is one of five outcome types, ranging from staying and stabilizing to actively prioritizing a move, plus the factors behind it and a concrete first step for the next 30 to 90 days.
No registration is needed to run the check, and the evaluation runs locally in the browser. With a free account the user can also see a market position: a percentile and salary band for their function, seniority, industry and location, with what-if comparisons such as working one level higher or in a metropolitan region. Further steps (target job, career history, job-ad matching) are marked as planned, and a subscription adds daily Momentum tasks. The site is in German with a language switch.
