About SkillPass
SkillPass captures the knowledge that leaves when a key employee does. Instead of a wiki or an offboarding checklist, it runs a structured, automated interview with role-specific questions, aimed at the unwritten rules and experience that only the departing person holds.
The process is asynchronous: you invite the employee by email link, they answer in their own time, can pause at any point and can speak their answers, which SkillPass transcribes and structures. The AI-generated handover report covers current status and priorities, key processes and workflows, tools, systems and access, hidden knowledge and edge cases, stakeholders and communication, and open issues and risks. The report is created while you search for a successor, and it can be downloaded when it is complete.
