About Sakha AI
Sakha is an AI knowledge base that lives inside Slack. It is trained on a company's policies, processes, tools and culture, and uses them to respond to employee questions in Slack, naming the source of each answer, such as the leave policy behind a PTO reply. It also onboards new hires automatically, so people do not have to wait on the one colleague who knows.
A web dashboard tracks the knowledge base, Slack Q&A, onboardings, documents and analytics, including questions answered and senior hours saved. Beyond Q&A, the product pages describe a Slack onboarding flow, contract review that checks employment agreements, NDAs and IP agreements for risky clauses, and a policy generator. Answers show a source and when it was last verified.
It is aimed at HR, operations and teams that field the same questions repeatedly and worry about knowledge leaving with departing colleagues. The site has pricing, comparison, use case, FAQ and blog sections.
